we’ve had all sorts of awesome polish foods.. from like, breads that come in circles or ones that look like pretzel shapes, but aren’t hard like a pretzel (mind boggling). borscht (i didn’t even know that was a soup.. i thought it was like, steak with beats on it or something).. perogies (again, thought those were like, potato dumplings or something.. way off there). also this cold “soup” which was like berries blended with, i’m guessing, yogurt, along with those corkscrew pasta noodles (wtf?!)… so awesome!
